Six session coaching program: 60 - 90 minutes sessions, roughly every three weeks
Facilitation, training and workshops
I design sessions to help teams align, collaborate and navigate complex environments. Sessions are based on practical experience and designed to be applied right away. Examples of sessions include:
Professional skills development: Relationship management, communication and stakeholder engagement
Focused sessions for high pressure environments: Improve focus, manage energy and work more effectively under pressure
