Coaching

My approach to coaching is grounded in empathy and a genuine commitment to empower my clients to thrive. I hold space for my clients to think deeply and explore possibilities.

1:1 coaching

1:1 coaching is a structured, confidential space to think clearly and it is tailored to your needs. Together we:

  • Clarify challenges and options

  • Reflect on assumptions

  • Build practical strategies to move forward

Starting point:

  • Obligation - free discovery call to explore what will work for you - Let’s talk

  • Six session coaching program: 60 - 90 minutes sessions, roughly every three weeks

Facilitation, training and workshops

I design sessions to help teams align, collaborate and navigate complex environments. Sessions are based on practical experience and designed to be applied right away. Examples of sessions include:

  • Professional skills development: Relationship management, communication and stakeholder engagement

  • Focused sessions for high pressure environments: Improve focus, manage energy and work more effectively under pressure

  • Team planning days: set priorities, clarify roles and strengthen collaboration

With extensive experience in training, coaching, leading and public speaking, I create sessions that are engaging, practical and impactful.
