1:1 coaching is a structured, confidential space to think clearly and it is tailored to your needs. Together we:

  • Reflect on assumptions

  • Build practical strategies to move forward

As a starting point I suggest a six session coaching program: 60 - 90 minutes sessions, roughly every three weeks.
